Australian Beef Stew

2 pounds beef roast, cubed into small, bite-sized cubes
2 onions, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup soy flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
16 ounces canned diced tomatoes, drained
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup lowest carb tomato sauce
1 cup low carb breadcrumbs
1/2 pounds mushrooms, sliced
Fry the onions and meat until the onion is lightly browned. Add the
soy flour, salt, pepper, paprika, tomatoes, green pepper, tomato
sauce and bread crumbs to the pan and continue cooking until the
green pepper is softened. Add the mushrooms and cook an additional 1
minute.
Place the meat mixture into a casserole and bake the at 350 degrees
20-30 minutes, or until everything is hot and bubbly. Serve
immediately.
