Excellent Chicken Marinade #1

1 stick of butter
juice of 4 lemons
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper (I like to use Texas Pete and lots more than
1/2 teaspoon!)
1 teaspoon salt
Heat all ingredients until butter is melted. Use skinless chicken.
You may use any cuts you wish, but I prefer to use just the "bosoms."
Marinate an hour or so before grilling. As you grill, continue to dip
the chicken in the sauce until all is gone or chicken is done. The
chicken does not burn because there is no sugar.
