Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/3 cup shortening
˝ cup Splenda
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Carbsense Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 teaspoon soda
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar free semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream shortening. Add sugar, cream. Add egg. Add Dry ingredients and
stir into mixture. Add vanilla and chocolate chips. Mix well. Place
teaspoonfuls about 2" apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake
10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Yield: 24 cookies.
Net Carbs: About 4 grams per cookie.
