CHINESE MEATBALLS

1/4 pound shrimp -- peeled and deveined
3/4 pound ground pork
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons green onion -- finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper -- crushed
1 clove garlic -- pressed
Mince shrimp; combine with pork, soy sauce, green onions, red pepper and garlic.
Form into teaspoon size meatballs.
Steam and serve on toothpicks. Or drop into chicken broth or eggdrop soup. Or use as filling for Hunan stuffed cucumbers.
