Strawberry Shake

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
     1/2           cup  whipping cream
  1/4           cup  water -- (to 1/2 cup)
                        -OR-
  3/4           cup  Hood Carb Countdown dairy beverage -- (to 1 cup)

  3            packets  Splenda packets -- or to taste
     1/2           cup  strawberries -- or any berry/berry mix, frozen *see
Note
  5              ice cubes


Blend in blender until ice is integrated into mixture.   Increase water or
milk to high quantity if you prefer a slightly thinner shake.

Serve.

Serving Ideas : If serving guests, can garnish with a fresh or frozen berry,
dollop of whipped cream, and/or sprig of mint.

NOTES : Frozen berries thicken the shake better, but original recipe did not
indicate fresh or frozen; fresh could be used.  Terrific with frozen mixed
berries!
