Spring Salad
To 3 cups of chopped cabbage add:
1/2 cup Radishes, cut fine
1/4 cup Sweet Green Peppers, finely chopped (can add other color peppers also)
1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped fine
3/4 cup Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup Cucumbers, chopped with skins
(wash & scrub skins well)
Olives
Radishes
Toss well with your favorite healthful dressing
Garnish with olives and/or radishes.
Enjoy!
Can also substitute lettuce for the cabbage. Use a lettuce other
than Iceberg. Iceberg lettuce has no nutritional value. Use a
Romaine, Red Leaf, Butter, etc.
