Almond Cookies II
2 cups almond flour
1 stick softened butter
1/2 cup Splenda granular
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract.
Combine all ingredients. Form dough into walnut-sized balls and place onto
greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 5 minutes. Press down lightly with fork, then continue to bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool.
