From: Sarah Yelton at Barbo's Low Carb Kitchen
(Low-Carb Bread Subsitute Recipes)

3 whole eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups soy bake mix (like Atkins)
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup cream
1/4 cup water (add slowly)
1 1/2 teaspoons butter extract (optional)
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all the ingredients together. (The dough will be almost like
cookie dough.) Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake
at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are slightly
golden.

Makes either 18 biscuits @ . 75 grams each or 12 biscuits @ 2.0 grams
each.

** Note: These biscuits freeze well for a short time.
