Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 can (13 1/2 ounces) artichoke hearts packed in water, drained and chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 cups mayonnaise
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Sprinkle of paprika

1. Preheat oven to 325 F
2. Combine artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, cheese, and garlic in large baking dish.  Sprinkle with paprika.
3. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
4. Serve with bell pepper strips, cucumber rounds, celery sticks, or low carb whole grain crackers.

Per serving:  160 cal, 5 g pro, 6 g carb, 13 g fat, 3 g sat fat, 20 mg chol, 1 g fiber, 520 mg sodium.
