Thanks for the note on casein.

Are you aware of any safe alternatives to milk for things like one's
morning cereal and also yogurt?

On the same subject of not healing, has anyone heard that Acidic foods
can be a problem?

My doctor sent me to a Dietician just to make sure that my diet was
truly gluten free, and the Dietician surprised me somewhat saying that
Acid foods such as orange juice or tomato sauce could impact healing.

I'm now wondering if that could be a factor, possibly along with stress
that creates acid in the stomach.
