Dear Richard and fellow celiacs,

Let's all remember that just something is GF food, doesn't mean it's
"healthy" food!

And sometimes other people's GF food isn't right for you. My partner once
complained about me going to a celiac meeting, "Oh, no, you always get sick
after one of those." He was right. None of it was "healthy" food. And with
the number of other food sensitivities I have, and the lack of ingredient
labels on home-made goodies, I'd usually eat something I couldn't tolerate.

So, label your contributions to GF potlucks, and watch what you eat, even at
a big GF spread!
