Re: Report on CDF Conference and Food Faire, May 20, 2006

Hi Richard,

It was the first time I had heard that about fructose and had
originally understood that it concerned Celiacs. However, after
further research, I've learned that no one absorbs fructose, Celiac or
not. We may be more sensitive to it, though.

I also felt ill after the conference, I think it had to do with all the
food I ate. I have been staying away from carbs (any kind of flour)
and sugar being not being less than the 5th ingredient, so it was a
shock to my system.

Suzanne
