Re: [Los_Angeles_Celiac] Re: places near south figueroa street

As far as potato chips are concerned, most are gluten-free, but some
are not, so we check our labels. We need to be suspicious of added
seasonings. Generally, if it has a long list of ingredients, I don't
bother reading the back of the package, because it probably has
something which isn't good for anyone. Potato Chips are very
addictive, love them!

As far as hot dogs are concerned, we need to check the labels. The
casing can be made with gluten, so we need to make sure it read
gluten-free or see that the hot dog doesn't have the added gluten
ingredients. I check out bacon too.

We really can't take anything for granted, we need to check labels,
although our newer laws are making it easier for us.
