Hi all,
Another idea is Surfa's in Culver City. They have had a few gf cooking classes
already but I have never been able to go. They must have chef's that specialize
in gf cooking. Either way I would be interested in whatever you all decide.
Thanks!

Suzzane:
My partner and I (and probably a friend of mine who has CD as well) would be
extremely interested in a GF cooking class! Maybe even something once a month?
Not sure about anyone else, but preferably on the weekends for us....
Beyond bringing a group with me, it would be great to put faces to the names I
see on this list!!!
It sounds like you have a lot of good leads on sources, but please let me know
if you need any help in coordinating the even or set up or whatever else, please
let me know... I'd be glad to help out in anyway I can.
This is a great idea....
Thanks much.

I talked with a cooking school in Manhattan Beach about gluten-free cooking
classes a couple of years ago, exactly when is a fog to me. They said they
would hold gf cooking classes for us. I am sure Sur La Table will set some us
too.
Are you interested in us setting up some courses? I can ask around and
coordinate.
The other alternative: I was checking the internet just now and there are lots
of gluten-free cooking menu's there, free of charge. Then there is that lady
that used to send daily or weekly recipes, but there up until recently there is
to be a charge. There is a charge to be part of the gluten-recipe club.
Tell me what you think and if you would like something to be set-up. Let me
know if you would like a one time event or a series.
As gluten-free is becoming a fad now, there will probably be more gluten-free
cooking classes.
