Kelly Keough is a Los Angeles based chef and cookbook author.
She was at the recent CDF conference in May demonstrating GF recipes.
She teaches GF and or Vegan cooking all over town.  Let's support those who

Glendale Community College, July 14, 6:30-8:30 pm, $29
The class at Glendale Community College will be intimate and hands on for those
of you who would like to get a closer look and experience with new ingredients.
We will make Mermaid Salad, Peanut Butter Cups, and Super Smoothie.  This class
help you to build your new pantry with sugar-free/gluten-free ingredients and
super foods.

At my friend Victoria's house in Topanga, July 6, 7pm
The free class in Topanga has limited space. We will make Hemp Ball Truffles for
sure!
