Just thought everyone would like to know that around this time the
Kosher bakeries sell cakes that are only made with Potatoe starch for
the Jewish holiday of Passover. This means all the cakes and cookies
are gluten free and most are also dairy free. The key word when you
ask at the bakery is "are these non-gebrocks" - this means no flour
has been used at all
There are bakeries in the Fairfax and the Pico/Robertson area.
