We will most definitely share cooking tips for preparing foods in the Nourishing Traditions style, both traditional and adaptive to busy lifestyles. We may discuss the Eat Fat Lose Fat coconut oil diet for losing weight, as well as how to feed our children for optimal expression of their genetic heritage.
