This group is to help people share conversation and information of interest to the NYC, New York, Connecticut and New Jersey area live food/raw food community.

The rules of the list in order of importance are:

1) Posting must be civil. If you would not say it in person at a potluck, do not say it in a post. I reserve the right to delete any post for any reason

2) Posts must be of interest to the live food/raw food community, either directly about live food/raw food or likely to be of interest to the list members. For example brief notices about environment or health related topics are OK.

3) Excessive posting is discouraged. Quality matters more than quantity.

4) No chain emails.
