HI Simon
this sounds wonderful! What a spectacular idea. I am intrigued. Thanks
for those of you who dont know - Simon is the author of a brilliant book called Modern Day Macrobiotics (as well as many others).
It is an amazing introduction to macrobiotics as well as a book that any long time maco person would find very useful. It is a visually stunning book as well.
Simon also has a great discussion group at yahoo groups which is always interesting to read.

Hello All,
I am starting a course in macrobiotic philosophy. It is free and open to anyone to join. I
want to see how successful this can be in an internet / discussion format.
We would choose one topic a month and see where that takes us.
I would suggest we slowly work through;
Non credo / beliefs / attachment
Everything changes
Acceptance / expectations / arrogance
Ohsawa's levels of health and sickness
Yin and yang
Five elements
I aim to start this in April.
If you are interested pleae join my group;

I hope to see you there and be a part of this .
