the idea seems wonderful and maybe I'm just a snob, but why is it so much harder for the rest of the world not to accept brown rice as so much more nutritious
I scanned a bit over the UN site and saw no references to what kind of rice - tho in the video it definitely looked white. In one paragraph I read how for the food to be nutritious they need to supply more than just rice, and included sugar in that list - nutritious?? or cheap??
aren't there any mb people involved in helping feed the world??
