I'm working on a case now that involves a patient death and nurse patient ratios
play a significant role in the case. The hospital has since been clossed down
so none of their policies on staffing ratios are available. Does anyone know
where i can get either federal of NY starte nurse patient ratios regulations. I
looked on the ANA * NYSNA websites and will call the, tomorrow. Any info would
be greatly appreciated
