Re: LNC seeking advice

Hi Jacqueline,

Firstly, welcome to the group. I'm new to the group as well.
I'm an IV Therapy expert witness if you ever need one. I have a few
suggestions from my own esperiences having worked in medical sales
for 12 years and also marketing myself now as an independent
contractor.

Don't under estimate your leave behind brochures. Make the investment
in slick trifolds or other marketing materials. Make them durable so
they can be handled often without deteriorating. Same for your
business card. You want your biz card circulating and not looking dog
earred.

Don't put everything in the brochure. Make it simple, quick reading.
DO have a website to point to for further info and contact info. Have
your bio's on the site. Let an attorney be able to download a pdf
file with your bio and info. You can also have a blog instead,
sometimes a lot cheaper.

That's about as much as I can give that doesn't go into more detail.
I'm sure there are very successful CLNCs here on this site that can
give you more valuable info and successful actions than I
specifically for LNCs. I'll be very interested in learning from them
as well. I'd like to talk with you again about some specific areas
I'm interested in and want your opinion.

Later,

Ken Thomas, RN
