At the idea posted by Elizabeth O'Brien regarding an introduction about ourselves may I take the opportunity to be amongst the first to do so:

My name is David Penlington I am a painter based in NSW au. I am sure a number of you will know me! I am currently the Vice President of the Master Painters Association of NSW, I spent several years on the committee of AS 4361.2 Lead Paint Management, I train painters in NSW on lead paint management to many to count, my company specializes in conservation of heritage buildings  (fortunately not much lead paint there!)
