Hi there all this is pretty overwhelming we were just diagnosed a
couple of days ago. We have been through a tons of tests MRI EEG and
blood work and then sent us to a pediatric nurlogist. Where he told us
our 4 1/2 year old son had LKS. He is still able to talk and hoepfully
continue to, but I had noticed a chance in him about 2 years ago and
then this past Nov he started having seziures. So began the tests, he
has always had a "different personality" as I would call it. Very hard
to talk to and reason with as well short attention span and easily
upset but alot of things. It is so great to hear that everyone seems to
have the same issues. We have started him on Trileptian and anti
seziure med and we are just in the beginning stages so we are praying
it works. I would love to hear some similar stories as well as any
diets that seem to have improved there overall health. Thanks and it is
so nice to here some stories of this rare disorder.
