Hello Laughing Friends,
Yahoo has reminded me that this groups has been rather inactive and will expire
if we don't
do some correspondence. So this inspires me to ask you what you are up to! How
is the
laughter going?

I was just at the West Coast Laughter Yoga conference in LA. It was fabulous
and very
uplifting. There is so much need for the laughter work we all do.
