Hi to everyone....I am hoping that we can continue to support each
other by keeping each other informed on progress we are making in
helping others be happy as well as being happier ourselves by laughing
more. I know that I am looking at my diploma every day and starting my
day out with a laugh......and I have been feeling better....more fun,
less headaches, more fun to be around, sleeping better. I feel
fortunate to have had the opportunity to be in the first training
session. Has anyone started a laughter group yet? teresa
