yes, I have been wondering where all the laughter friends are. I could use some laughing partners. I am still laughing and have been teaching a few folks to laugh with me. I did give my laughter video as gift to my niece's little two year old and the entire birthday party participated...age 1-85. It was fun and entertaining...so I need another video. I miss mine. I also have initiated some laughter fun at family get togethers and we have sure had fun with it. everyone seemed to feel so much better and so much ice was broken! ( you all know how stiff some get togethers can become.) I have also done some work with a 83 year old volunteer at the hospital who has been somewhat depressed after a stroke....he is always so happy to see me because we can laugh together. I don't think people really realize how much better they would feel if they would laugh more....it is kind of hard sometimes to get some people to participate...all I really know is how it has helped me feel better, so it is best to pass it on whenever possible. thats all we can do! email me if you can. teresa a.
