Got a message from a myspace yoga teacher. How cool is this



wow. i was just talking about laughter yoga in one of my classes
yesterday. i was making jokes and then said this might as well be a
laughter yoga class. i told them that at least i knew they were
breathing.
if you get a chance tell me more about laughter yoga and your cert...
what did it cost, where did you attend and how long did it take,etc.
not sure how far you are away from petoskey, but if you are interested
i'd love to have you guest teach and do a workshop at my studio
sometime.
