Please refer posts numbers 26 onwards for past info on my lead and mercury experience. I think a lot of what I have to say might be there.
The new location for the sunlight web site is here and it is worth taking a look at the section on light therapy and detoxification
To think they thought I was mentally ill because I experienced some of these effects that have been known about since recorded time. I can only guess that if the word gets out that you can overcome depression by looking at the sun to get your serotonin boost it might threaten a 10 billion dollar SSRI antidepressant business. After all the sun is free and it can't be patented. Light therapy is even recognised in the DSM iv.
I also do some sun gazing exercises by splitting the image of the sun into two discs. Considering the anatomy of the brain there may well be good reasons why this helps. It could be that by stimulating the optic nerve in this way you stimulate both brain hemispheres and thereby get a proper balance between "factual" thinking and "intuitive" thinking. After all schizophrenia is just a name given to a person who has been overwhelmed by intuitive thinking and it has taken over from reasoned thinking. I suspect that toxic metals stuff all this up resulting in intuitions that have more "meaning" and power than they should in the poisoned person. (I wasn't actually in this condition but I described my sense of intuition but I couldn't get it across that I knew what was intuition and what wasn't)
I also suspect that my poisonings (accidental) could well have led me to a near death experience leading to a rise in my spirituality / intuition.
Any further thoughts anyone?. Please let me know if you are a toxic metal type and have experienced these things. It is of great value to me as it provides confirmation of what I have tried to claim all along. It is very hard when to do try to explain things when the psychiatrist considers it a symptom of mental illness when you deny that you are mentally ill. What catch 22 bullshit they peddle.
Cheers
Doug
