Hi Susan B.
How did you determine the lead effects were in your heart? After a couple of severe heart pains and an abnormal echo test and a catheterizing procedure which showed no abnormalities, my doctor determined I had diastolic heart dysfunction. He based this on my age, which is now 70, but the symptoms started 10 years ago. I think it is from lead. My lead levels have bounced up and down from 48 in 2006 down to 8 and now back at 66.
My current doctor has put me on MetallClear, which he uses with his autistic children. We are going to try it for one month and if there is not significant improvement; I guess it is back to EDTA or DMSA. Any ideas anyone. I do not smoke.
