Just want to share that there is hope for all of us. I did only have 11 on my lead test but after 6 weeks DMSA orally I am  at 6 and clear headed for the first time in many years.....I'm thinking now I could have done better in college if I had cleared this sooner...HA! I've even had the crazy notion that I could have even made it through medical school..wow!

Hang in there..it does improve... 

Do you all know that metal toxicity causes auto-immune disorders such as Hashimoto's disease (thyroid) and 80 something others?. Google "auto-immune disorders for symptoms.  Has anyone checked their adrenals for adrenal fatigue? When my adrenals are depleted I can't remember my husband's name let alone answer a question...HA! The metals can compromise our weakest inherited organs....check out your family history here.... Hope this is some help for you.

Still out here, but I also have mercury poisoning so I moved to another forum that discusses mercury and all the health problems that go with metal toxicity. 

 

I am 69 and have been sick for many years.  Some of the body lead has been reduced through EDTA IV's, but I had to switch to DMSA to remove the mercury and next I am adding ALA to remove the mercury from the brain.
