Surprise! It's March, but significant snow is predicted for Sunday
evening. If things progress as predicted, most schools etc. will
probably be canceled Monday.

Please check your email before departing for the Monday evening
meeting, especially if you plan to travel a distance to attend. You
may also call me at 296-8875 for a last-minute update. Whether or not
conditions allow the meeting to go ahead as scheduled, please follow
your own judgment regarding travel conditions. Our group draws from a
large area, with differing conditions, differing altitudes, and many
small, secondary roads. While conditions may seem fine in one area,
they may be different elsewhere, or in between, so please check before
you leave!

And while I have you on here... it's flu season, and there are a
number of colds & stomach bugs going around town. Please remember
that if your child isn't well (snotty nose, productive cough, fever
or vomiting within 24 hours of the meeting, etc), we'll miss you, but
request that you stay home. We have several babies who are too young
to have received flu shots and are young enough where a virus can be
dangerous, so we ask that you be conservative in judging whether you
and your child are well enough to attend. -Barbara
