I've had a sore thumb for 10 or 12 years. I hesitate to say it is
arthritis since there was no swelling of the joint. At any rate the
soreness was at the base of the thumb and deep into the large joint.
Always sore to squeeze and sometimes it would flare up for a time.
I began applying the 42 LED array to the palm side for 20 to 30
minutes and then to the back a couple times a day. After 3 days there
was substantial improvement and after 6 or 8 (whos counting) there is
very little soreness. At least an 80% improvement. This is holding
even thoughI have not used the LED now for 3 days.

I originally got the unit because I had broken two ribs on Nov. 29th
and there was still soreness at the very bottom of the rib cage. I had
been treating with a FAR infrared lamp. At first I applied the LED
against the bottom ribs but it seemed not to help any. Then I sort of
rolled it under the rib till it was aimed up and a little inside. Just
a couple of times a day for two days and there is a substantial
reduction in soreness. I really think that I would have been much
better off with the large array LED instead of the FAR lamp during the
first 2 or 3 months of healing.

Wonder if it would be good applied to the scalp to treat thinning
hair. :).

Good solution. Sounds like your thumb was slightly out of joint. I have been there and benefited from an IR protocol similar to what you have done. ... From:...

I think you are right about the thumb being a little out. I never thought of that. Ron ... __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? ...
