I did that too. It only lasted two or three months and then it stopped. I just figured that it meant the LDN was working to straighten out some of my thyroid issues.

been on LDN since 1 March 2009. Ramped up VERY slowly.. currently on 4.5 dosage.

EVERY night, two or three hours after taking the LDN at bedtime, i wake up with a HOT FLASH. HOT! ( throw off all the covers, get up and wait for it to pass) I am perimenopausal, but have no other hot episodes or flashes during the day or night.

Just wondering if anyone else experiences this. I really don't know if it is from the LDN or not.....
