Re: May want to read though this...Vit. D question?

Hi Folks,

I am new to posting but read the digest daily!

I found a wonderful way to take vitamin D that is quick, easy and hopefully will work better than oodles of pills. Try Dr Mercola's spray D. It has 1000 iu per squirt and recommended is 6 sprays (squirts) a day. A three bottle supply is pretty reasonably priced too, maybe more than pills though.

I have used his B12 for about a year and my levels are very high and my Neurologist is thrilled! If his D is nearly as good as the B12, my levels should jump from 27 to something better in the next 3 months.

I also take LDN for MS after having an allergic reaction to copaxone (fever of 102 ) and have built up LDN to 2.5 ml per day over the last 6 weeks. I do the liquid LDN as its cheaper and I can control the dose as needed. Feel so much better already. Moare energy, brighter attitude and delightful dreams!

Jessica

Hopefully my level will be up, but I have a feeling it's not. If it's not, I will talk to her about doing the "real" vitamin D by prescription or should I just do the over the counter kind.
