Subject: [LDN_Users] Re: will i feel better eventually on ldn?
hey i had killer headaches, pain, antisocial, just felt terrible, but
not nausea
so i stopped and started to feel better after a couple days but things
is i felt better than before i started it so it made me wonder if
maybe that meant a small dose was what i needed, as i felt it was
still in my body but just in small amount since i had stopped
so when i started up again i only took .5 mg and that has been pretty ok
no headaches
no pain
sorta moody and groggy or wired at times, it alternates but thats
probly tied into my diet and drinking tea etc
maybe you just need small amount
i found on some european forums they recommend starting with 5mg (not
5 but half of 1mg) i just broke my capsules up, but they recommended
startingreal low if problems and stay there for weeks and then try to
add in more later, but maybe more isnt mandatory for everyone
in the u.s. they always push large doses of everything on everyone ,
why? with a lot of these illnesses we are chemically sensitive.
anyway, i am going to hang in there for awhile with it, it got me off
painkillers which its nice to take a break after 5 years.
i don't have ms though i have cfs/fm.
keep me posted.
