Dr. Berkson's rec to take a B-Complex with ALA should be observed. Most B complexs have little biotin. The rec I've read is to take one mg (1000 micrograms)

At the LDN conference at NIH this year, Dr Berkson talked about taking LDN with Alpha Lipoic Acid. Since ALA depletes Vit B (and Biotin?) he also recommended
