Having problems with message search?
Welcome to the group...I am Eric Smith...President of the ASI board of Directors, and Treasurer of the Northeast IL Chapter. I have a couple of neurologists that a friend has recommended...but I am drawing a blank on their names right now. I will try to find them out and post them!

open mind and a good bedside manner. Unfortunately for us, Dr. Chez
has moved to California and we aren't satisfied with his replacement.
