On 5/27 our new Aspergers sub-group will be meeting for the 1st time! Please
pass the word along! We will be meeting at the Warren Special Rec building from
7-9 p.m. Parents and individuals with AS are encouraged to attend!

The Rally for Autism registration is coming along great! In place of the Goody
Grab, we will be having a Fun Fair! This will give everyone more activities

May 21st is Lobby Day in Springfield...tho not required, it would be appreciated
if you can register your attendance at www.autismillinois.org - this is a no
cost event and your presence is needed in Springfield especially considering the
current financial position of the state. Our meager funds will be the first to
be cut unless we raise the roof in the Capitol Building!

ASI has announced the date for its annual Maywood Pak Night at the
Races...Please join us on August 6th...the 40$ ticket include valet parking,
admission and a fabulous buffet dinner!

And please be sure to visit the ASI booths at AutismOne, Autism Speaks Walk, and
The ASA National Convention.

May's Sensory Friendly Movie is"Night at the Museum 2" on May 23...Thanks again
