I received a call regarding Governor's Blagojevich's arrest and any impact it may have on the autism insurance bill. While not a constitutional lawyer, I am told by Pete Dicianni that the bill is on the Governor's desk and whether he signs it or not it will become law after 60 days. Gov. Blagojevich has promised to sign the bill and if he resigns or is impeached, Lt. Governor Quinn has also voiced his support for the bill. Whew...
