Hi Linda. I'm not aware of any bill here in Massachusetts regarding
latex gloves and food handlers that has been passed into law. There
have been a couple of bills introduced, but neither has passed.

The Massachusetts Department of Health recommends that food handlers
not wear latex gloves, but it's only a recommendation.
