Re: Digest Number 86   Message List

I am a group member but have not posted regularly. I am interested to know
if anyone has information on a material used for insoles in sports shoes
called EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate). I have recently purchased sandals with
this material not as an insole but as the sole that goes next to my feet. I
have had a reaction to other types of shoes so before I dare to put these on
I would like to know if this materials is know to cause a reaction in people
with latex allergy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Mary.
