RE: [LANTERN] Fun allergy reaction

Today I had an allergic reaction in the middle of my speech class. I was not touching latex or anywhere near it that day. Where did this reaction come from? The day before I went to Kroger to buy a flower and in the florist section to buy my teacher a flower (she teaches my child care courses). Giant balloons were coming from the ceiling in this section, but they were high enough where I did not touch them; however, because of this contact I had a reaction the next day. I did not *touch* the latex. My allergy has been getting worse over the last year or two. I have known of my allergy since I was about three.

I am going  into child care. The only way I think this will be truly successful with a latex free environment.

Oh- and one more thing! Does anyone know of a good place where I can get a latex allergy bracelet made/buy? My family and friends are extremely worried that if I am by myself and without a med alert bracelet and something happened that I would be in huge trouble.

^^*** I am such a lurker..

<3 Daniele
