Thank you for your kind, respectful response to my post "LA or Nuts"
I have been searching for answers like yours as I am scheduled for
patch testing next month. The use test produced anaphlaxis but not
shock snd was considered negative?!!! I still haven't recovered from
that I remain hypersensitive and back on steroids. I wasn't aware
that patch testing could be that dangerous but you are the second
person who has told me they wound up in ER after the patch test...
but with no diagnosis and workers comp denied I have limitied time to
get confirmation of the diagnosis and will have to proceed with the
testing. I'll just make sure I take a nurse with me to handle the
emergency if I get sick and can't drive myself home. Thanks, Heather
