3) Reiki Tummo Level 3A (Personal Mastery) : Monday, April 20th 2009 (only for
Level 2 students who have practiced for at least 21 days)

- Reiki theory in general (differences between Reiki Tummo and other
Reiki traditions)
- Attunement (opening of crown, palm and heart chakras, opening of the
whole sushumna/removal of all major chakra knots & hand energy channel
, connecting to Divine and Earth energies)
- Self healing and healing others
- Distance healing
- Knowing and strengthening the heart
- Additional techniques (chakra balancing, reducing stress, balancing
Yin and Yang, Channeling energy into drinking water/food, Reiki Meditation,
Grounding technique)

Reiki Tummo 2: (8 hours workshop)
- Theory of Reiki Symbols
- Sushumna Cleansing and Attunement ( cleansing and widening the energy channels
& developing the chakras that have been opened in level 1 attunement plus the
opening of the Ajna chakra , better
connection to Divine and Earth Energies, safe and instant Kundalini awakening)
- Healing with symbols (self healing, healing others and distance healing)
- Tummo technique for Kundalini exercises
- Opening of Ida and Pingala
- Opening the heart with Open Heart Prayer/Meditation
- Additional techniques (making protection, energizing water/food

Reiki Tummo 3A (Personal Mastery Level): (8 hours workshop)
