system of open heart to others. When we are ready, we will be happy to

It is good that you can see by your self that Reiki Tummo attunement
really awakened your Kundalini even though you may feel not so much
sensation happening. Perhaps if you can zoom your sight, you can see
what is around your Kundalini fire along your sushumna :-) encapsulating
your Kundalini energy beautifully.

Kundalini is part of our soul, so it is much more complex than our
physical body and consciousness. Our physical consciousness has our
brain as the center and 1 physical body layer while our non physical
consciousness has our soul as the center and 6 non physical body layers.
While we as human usually try to understand everything with our human
brain (physical consciousness) and we know our brain is so limited, so
we usually do not discuss about this matters too much. Just share enough
important information related to our practice.

In our Kundalini workshop, we do work with different part of Kundalini,
the fire and the core energy, as well as the different layers of
sushumna and energy bodies. In total we have 7 body layers and every
body layer has its own sushumna and Kundalini also exist in every body
layer. So, it is really too complex for our brain to understand. Our
brain even still does not understand about our physical body completely
yet and may be never :-)

The good news is we do not need to know everything in progressing in our
spiritual journey. All we need to know is that our Divine Creator loves
us sooo much and Divine Love from our Divine Creator contains everything
we need, always perfect. this will be clearer when we start using our
Inner Heart better and better. Certainly our brain will never be able to
understand the nature of our Divine Creator and Divine Love.

In relation to Kundalini, we need to know the difference between the
fire and the energy and the core energy. There are at least 3 parts of
Kundalini: The core (the main coiled energy), the fire (energy being
released by the core and burn the negativity and creates the fire) and
the smoke (as the results of the burning process). Unfortunately in many
Kundalini tradition, it is this smoke that is known as Kundalini energy,
while the main energy is the core energy it self.

So, the goal of practicing Kundalini is to uncoil more and more of its
coils, to release more and more energy to burn all
negativities/impurities. So the Kundalini core becomes purer and purer
so to help further cleansing and the union between microcosmic aspect of
our self and macrocosmic aspects of the existence. The total cleansing
is necessary to have our heart open completely as part of the
requirements to be able to surrender totally to our Beloved Creator, to
attain YOGA.

The deeper cleansing of our chakras need to be done by the core of our
Kundalini. You will practice this more in Masteryoga level.

On top of that, what we need to understand is that our Kundalini can
only work properly if it is touched and helped by The Love of our
Beloved Creator. So, we do not want to focus our practices on growing
our Kundalini, but on opening our heart and surrender more and more that
will automatically allow Divine Love to help our Kundalini better and
better.

After I learn about Kundalini in Masteryoga Level, I stop reading other
books about Kundalini as what we experience in Masteryoga exercises in
regard to our Kundalini is something that never written by others in any
book before. It is about direct real experiences with our own Kundalini,
not about being told by the books.

So, let's do our practices with this understanding that opening our
heart to Divine Love&Light and surrender to our Beloved Creator and let
Divine Love help us more and more is much more important rather than
focusing on the growth of our Kundalini as without the help from Divine
Love, our Kundalini is nothing.
