Good question and good that you can feel the shift of energy.

It has something to do with connecting your consciousness with your
heart. If you touch your thumb with index finger together.
If you have attended Inner Heart workshop, you can try connecting your
thumb with your middle finger and feel the different.

If you want to understand better, be in your heart properly by doing
Quick Charge and then feel your heart when your palms open and feel the
different when you touch your thumb with index finger together.
Repeat several times till you feel the differences.

The nice thing with Reiki Tummo is when you are quite good in your heart
you can really feel and understand the differences as everything need to
use must come from our heart to have proper understanding.
