lovely place. I'd love to visit it one day. Where exactly in Greece are you?

We are both in the same age range. It's good that you have started your
spiritual journey early in life. The early start will sure benefit you in the
long term.

Have you read the book "Reiki Tummo" by Irmansyah Effendi?
There are some important understanding about Kundalini in that book.
You can visit http://www.padmacahaya.com if you haven't yet done so. That
website has an introduction regarding the relationship of Kundalini and your
spiritual destiny.
