im adding my two cents worth, i feel that the brain/body, soul, and
spirit animate each other. as we have unique chemical based bodies,
with unique genetic blueprints each time we take incarnation, our
soul has to fit into that base, its the soul that animates the body,
giving it purpose, direction, etc etc. some people claim that others
have no soul, im suggesting in other words they have no drive.
animating the soul though is our spirit, how many times have you
heard, they can take our bodies, do horrible things to our minds,
but they cannot touch our spirit. big brother would love to have a
way to take a persons spirit and manipulate it for their own
nefarious ends. i also would like to add that i believe that like
the body, the soul is finite, but the spirit goes on forever. if
anyone is interested i can tell you my theory on why we are already
immortal mortals with a universal capacity for advancement.
