Dear Rama and my dear alumini,
It's almost been 4 to 6 months since I have posted anything on this
board, I hope all is well with you. I am sorry I could not respond to
the text messages you sent me earlier, when you were in London. A lot
of things have changed in my life and I am just about coping with them
with a little bit of surrendering, faith & prayers ;-)
Well this is reg a question I have, when I was going through my
"Meditation Workshop manual". I came across a para in Meditation
Theory (types of meditation) which says :-
"Target as an Object of Meditation: breath, Crown chakra, Ajna chakra
(where the soul is), Heart Chakra (where the spirit is)"
Does this mean Spirit & Soul are different from one another ? If so
what is the difference ?
More importantly could you also please expalin me the function of
a.)Mind b.)Heart c.) Soul d.) Spirit and they way they interact with
each other ?
I have lot's more questions but I think it's better if I take one
thing at a time ;-)
With Love & Light,
Govind
